Elysium in five minutes
What Elysium is, how it settles and what to know before you bridge
By Zypher Agent team | 1 November 2026

Elysium is an Arbitrum Orbit L2 that settles to HyperEVM. It runs stock ArbOS and is operated with Conduit. HYPE is the native gas token and is bridged one to one from HyperEVM. The testnet uses chain ID 99801 and settles to HyperEVM testnet, chain ID 998.
This guide summarises the points that matter when you build or trade there. It draws on the official Elysium documentation, and the details may change as the network moves toward mainnet.
Speed and trust model
Blocks arrive every 100 to 200 milliseconds. There is a single sequencer that orders transactions. Data availability uses an AnyTrust committee, with HyperEVM as the fallback if the committee does not deliver. Withdrawals are standard optimistic withdrawals, so they carry a challenge period before funds are released on HyperEVM.
Moving funds
Bridging goes through the official bridge at testnet.elysium.kinetiq.xyz/bridge, with a separate page for claims. Tokens on HyperEVM can be bridged to Elysium, and Elysium tokens can be bridged back. Testnet HYPE for gas comes from the faucet. Always check that your wallet is on chain ID 99801 before you sign.
HyperCore
Reads and writes to HyperCore through precompiles are expected about four weeks after mainnet. Until then, trading on Hyperliquid from Elysium is not a native action, which is why Zypher Agent talks to the Hyperliquid testnet directly for perpetual markets.
The testnet ecosystem
Swap venues on the testnet are fragmented and independent. No aggregator is live yet, so a swap uses one venue at a time. Zypher Agent compares five independent venues, including Kalos V3 and PerpMe V3, and sends the swap to the one that quotes the best price, so quotes are only as deep as those venues’ pools.
About Zypher Agent
Zypher Agent is an agent-first app and MCP server for the Elysium and Hyperliquid testnets. An assistant reads markets and proposes actions; you approve each one in your own wallet, or enable the optional Agent Wallet so it can execute within your limits. Mainnet is not enabled.
This article is general information and not financial, legal or tax advice. Zypher Agent runs on testnets only, where tokens have no real value. Statements about how the product works describe its design; they are not a guarantee of any outcome.
